Donna Taggart

Donna is Taggart Associates’ Principal. Her 30-year career in economic development includes industrial park development, urban revitalization and regional economic development. Donna’s work as a team leader, community coordinator and project manager has helped dozens of boroughs and cities to improve their economic competitiveness and quality of life for the people who live there.  Her extensive knowledge of federal and state programs has helped many of these communities achieve major milestones in their redevelopment efforts. During her career working in the public and not-for-profit sectors, Donna’s community economic development projects leveraged over $30 million in public financial incentives. Donna aims to make an impact in the community where she was born, raised and still lives.

In addition to her professional services, she gives back to her community by serving on the ArtsQuest Friends of Levitt Pavilion Board, the Board of Directors of VIA of the Lehigh Valley, Hispanic Center Lehigh Valley, the Community Development Corporation-Bethlehem and the Valley Choral Society. She is a past Board member of the Northampton Community College Foundation, ArtsQuest Board of Trustees and the PA Economic Development Association. She can often be found delivering repurposed goods on behalf of the Sands and volunteering at the Hispanic Center’s food pantry, and at Musikfest and Levitt Pavilion.
